About Holly Ridge Golf Course

For more than 30 years, Holly Ridge Golf Course has been a place where golfers can enjoy exceptional golf in a welcoming, relaxed setting. Conveniently located in Harbinger, North Carolina, just minutes from the Outer Banks, Holly Ridge has become a favorite destination for both local golfers and visitors looking for an enjoyable day on the course.

Originally built in 1992 on land that had been a family farm for generations, Holly Ridge Golf Course was developed by Norman and Jeff Newbern with a vision of creating a course that would be welcoming, affordable, and enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels. Today, that same commitment continues as Holly Ridge remains family owned and operated.

The property features a beautifully maintained 18-hole public golf course, a lighted driving range with both natural grass and mat hitting areas, a practice putting green, a fully stocked Pro Shop, and a welcoming clubhouse. Whether you're stopping by for a quick practice session, a casual round with friends, or a full day on the course, Holly Ridge is committed to providing outstanding course conditions, friendly service, and an experience that keeps golfers coming back.

More than just a golf course, Holly Ridge is a place where families, friends, and visitors come together to enjoy the game, improve their skills, and create lasting memories. We take pride in offering a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and a golf experience that reflects the values our course was built on more than three decades ago.
